Notice of Temporary Closure

We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage.
Due to the rebuilding of our building,
we will temporarily close from August 1, 2025.
We will inform you once reopening details are confirmed.
Our mail-order service will remain available during the closure period.
We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

We sincerely regret to inform our valued guests that our establishment will be temporarily closed on the following dates: Saturday, May 24, 2025, and Saturday, May 31, 2025.

Please be informed that our esteemed establishment will be closed from Monday, May 5th to Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, in observance of the Golden Week holidays.
We will resume regular operations on Thursday, May 8th, 2025.

    Special Natural Blowfish is the most delicious variety of natural Blowfish. With its white meat verging on amber white or light brown and its fine, tender meat quality, it is aptly called Mochi-Fuku (rice-cake Blowfish).

    Different from the common, artificially raised variety, cultured Blowfish are cultivated from juvenile natural fish. It tastes like natural Blowfish and is highly recommended.
